How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Ultimatelyweight Concrete wants people who contact us to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what to expect from us. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Ultimatelyweight Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. But Ultimatelyweight Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider or act on a provider's behalf.
How to File
Email contact@ultimatelyweight.beer and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short summary of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may also help with licensed providers.
